Once I discovered how great these tools are, I vowed never to do without them again. Many of the purely rotator sites are there for the purpose of allowing you to put as many rotators and as many urls on their sites as possible.
The only problem is that if you don't have traffic going to your rotators, then your websites don't get seen. Many of the purely rotator sites don't have a surf option.
The solution to this is to promote the urls of those rotators on other Traffic exchange sites, and promote the TE sites on your rotators, do some surfing on the TE sites to get it moving and you're in business.
